Vegas baby Vegas. The equal-best city in the world along with cairo. We left Ashland Oregon at about half two yesterday and arrived here at half six this morning. slept all day, now the games are about to begin...

A bit of an absence. not my fault, been rather busy. you wouldnt have guessed it from the details above but one day the story of these days may be told.
Now driving the chevvy to vegas. how marvellous.
on the road lst night in oregon we stopped off at the amusingly named Riddle for a quick coffee. Riddle is not the most exciting place in the world and the main street seemed to consist of two bars, a deli and a quicke mart. they all appeared closed tho it was only nine o'clock. i think one of the bars might have been open but there was something akin to a portcullis on the door and we werent convinced that we would come out alive. so, we legged it back to mcdonalds for a coffee. they made us some fresh and they even offered free refills. it tasted good and we simply couldnt understand what was going on:- maccy d's coffee is not famous. not for tasting good.

back on the road and made it down to ashland where they have a shakespeare festival for about 8 months of the year. Just passed a record shop called 'CD or not CD' HoHOHOHOHOHOHOHO.

Planning to hit vegas tonight. its about 800 miles from here. its two pm now so its going to be a long afternoon. and its quite hot in the desert. we've discovered that we cant use our A/C too much there because the engine will overheat. Well thats just great. the one place you really need A/C you cant blinking use it. out of time now.
